By accessing and using LinkOnTube ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LinkOnTube provides a service that scans public YouTube channels for broken links in video descriptions. We provide reports based on the data available publicly via the YouTube API.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Delivery

Payments: We use Dodo Payments as our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a scan or credit, you agree to their processing terms. Prices are subject to change.

Delivery: Once payment is successfully processed, your scan report will be generated and delivered instantly to your dashboard.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate costs incurred by our servers and APIs to run scans, we generally do not offer refunds for completed scans. However, if a technical error on our end prevents your report from generating, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or credit replacement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits or abuse our APIs.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malicious software or engage in harmful activities.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any lost revenue or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkOnTube be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
